Privacy Policy — Sirokuma Fusion Add-ins

This policy covers all Sirokuma add-ins for Autodesk Fusion listed on the Autodesk Design and Make Marketplace. Sirokuma is the software brand of Yamada Tekkosho Co., Ltd. (Minokamo, Gifu, Japan).

1. What the add-ins do with your data

Every add-in runs locally on your computer. Your designs, toolpaths, NC programs and machining data are processed on your machine and are never uploaded to us. We never see them.

2. Network access

Sirokuma Line and Sirokuma Screen Fit (free): no network communication of any kind.

Subscription add-ins: once at start-up, the add-in asks Autodesk whether your subscription is active (the Autodesk Entitlement API at apps.autodesk.com). Nothing else is sent anywhere. The check sends exactly two values to Autodesk: the internal identifier of the Autodesk account signed in to Fusion (not your e-mail address) and the identifier of the add-in. The answer (valid / not valid) and a timestamp are cached on your computer so the add-in keeps working for a limited grace period while you are offline.

Note on the current release: the subscription check is enabled once the add-in has an App ID issued by Autodesk. Until then the add-in performs no network communication at all.

3. Information we receive through the Marketplace

This is information Autodesk passes to us as the seller — the add-ins themselves do not collect it.

  • The e-mail address of the Autodesk account that purchased a subscription. Autodesk includes it in the purchase notification so that a seller can provide support and handle refunds.
  • Purchase and payment records (via Autodesk and PayPal), required to receive payment and to keep accounting records.

We use this information only to answer your support requests and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we do not pass it to third parties except where the law requires it. Anything you send us yourself (for example an e-mail with an addin_log.txt attached) is used only to investigate that enquiry.

4. Data stored on your computer

  • settings.json — your dialog preferences (numbers and checkboxes), and for subscription add-ins the cached licence state.
  • addin_log.txt — a diagnostic log of what the add-in did. It contains no personal data. You may be asked to attach it when you contact support.

Both files stay inside the add-in’s own folder and never leave your computer unless you send them to us yourself.

5. Keeping and deleting data

Uninstalling an add-in (or deleting its folder) removes everything stored on your computer. For the purchase information described in section 3, write to the contact address below and we will delete it, except where we are required to keep accounting records by law.

6. Withdrawing consent

The subscription check is required for a paid add-in to work. If you do not agree to it, please uninstall the add-in and cancel the subscription on the Autodesk Design and Make Marketplace. The free add-ins need no consent because they communicate with nothing.

この方針は、Autodesk Design and Make Marketplace に出している、しろくまの Autodesk Fusion 用アドインすべてに当てはまります。しろくま は 株式会社 山田鉄工所 (岐阜県美濃加茂市) のソフトウェアブランドです。

1. アドインがお客様のデータをどう扱うか

どのアドインもお客様のパソコンの中だけで動きます。設計データ・工具経路・NC プログラム・加工の情報は、すべてお手元で処理され、私たちのところへ送られることはありません。私たちが見ることもできません。

2. 通信について

しろくま線 / しろくまスクリーン調整 (無料): どんな通信も一切行いません。

サブスクリプションのアドイン: 起動時に一度だけ、サブスクリプションが有効かどうかを Autodesk に問い合わせます (apps.autodesk.com の Autodesk Entitlement API)。それ以外の通信はありません。この問い合わせで Autodesk に送るのは2つの値だけです。Fusion にサインインしている Autodesk アカウントの内部の識別子 (メールアドレスではありません) と、アドインの識別子です。返ってきた答え (有効 / 無効) と時刻はお客様のパソコンに控えます。オフラインのときも一定期間は使い続けられるようにするためです。

いまの版について: このサブスクリプションの確認は、Autodesk からアドインの ID が発行されてから有効になります。それまでは通信を一切行いません。

3. Marketplace を通じて私たちが受け取る情報

これは販売者である私たちに Autodesk から渡される情報です。アドインが集めているのではありません。

  • サブスクリプションをご購入いただいた Autodesk アカウントのメールアドレス。 販売者がサポートや返金に対応できるよう、Autodesk が購入の通知に含めて知らせます。
  • 購入と支払いの記録 (Autodesk および PayPal 経由)。代金を受け取り、帳簿を残すために必要です。

これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの対応と法令・会計上の義務のためだけに使います。売ったり貸したり、広告に使ったりすることはありません。法令で求められる場合を除き、第三者に渡すこともありません。お客様がご自分で送ってくださったもの (たとえば addin_log.txt を添えたメール) は、そのお問い合わせを調べるためだけに使います。

4. お客様のパソコンに残るもの

  • settings.json — 画面の設定 (数値やチェック)。サブスクリプションのアドインではライセンスの控えも含みます。
  • addin_log.txt — アドインの動作の記録。個人情報は入っていません。お問い合わせのときに添付をお願いすることがあります。

どちらもアドインのフォルダの中に留まり、お客様ご自身が送らない限り、パソコンの外に出ることはありません。

5. 保存と削除

アドインをアンインストールする (またはフォルダを削除する) と、パソコンに残っていたものはすべて消えます。3節に書いた購入の情報については、下記の連絡先までお知らせいただければ削除します。ただし法令で保存が義務づけられている帳簿の記録は除きます。

6. 同意を取り消したいとき

サブスクリプションの確認は、有料アドインが動くために必要です。ご同意いただけない場合は、アドインをアンインストールし、Autodesk Design and Make Marketplace でサブスクリプションを解約してください。無料のアドインは何とも通信しないので、同意は必要ありません。
